I have a question about hard boiled eggs: I know how to bring to a boil, let set about 15 minutes , cold water and then peel. Most of the time the shell comes off very easy but will it still be easy if you hard boil one or two days before you shell them. Having 17 July 4th and want to do as much as I can before Sunday. thanks
