My husband is Slovak and loves Halushki (sp). I don't measure anything, simply to taste. Cook wide egg noodles per directions on bag. Drain. Saute fresh garlic & onions. Cut up cabbage and cook down. Combine all ingred. and add salt & pepper to taste. Simple, but it does tend to stink up the house! Very good and very inexpensive for a large crowd, too.
