I found a Port Wine Cheese Spread.
PORT WINE CHEESE SPREAD
1/4 c. Port wine 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed dash of onion salt
Have all ingredients room temperature. Put all ingredi- ents in blender container in order: Port wine, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and onion salt. Cover and run on speed 4 (or high) until blended. Stop blender when necessary and push ingredients toward blades. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
