Not sure if you are still on line but thanks for the good idea. We had these for supper tonight. I was bored of left-over roast beef, potaotes etc. so this was a nice change.
I adapted it a little and added green onions and green peppers to the mix. I just warmed up the tortillas and put the filling and chees inside, without cooking them in the oven first. My husband enjoyed them too!
