The only one I could find has tarragon vinegar - it looks good!
Tuna Pasta Salad
1 1/2 c. uncooked rotini pasta
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas, defrosted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, flakes
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
Lettuce cups
Cook pasta in boiling salt water as directed on package for 10 minutes. Drain at once and mix with olive oil, vinegar and cut garlic clove. Cover and chill for several hours. When ready to serve, remove garlic and mix in onion, celery, peas, lemon juice, tuna fish and mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce.
