Maybe these is not exactly the recipe you are in search of, but you certainly love these cookies.. These cookies are typical of a northwestern region of Italy and are called "the Dame's kisses" (baci di dama). Here's the recipe (serves 10). 100 grams butter 100 grams all purpose flour 100 grams potato flour 75 grams powder sugar 65 grams almonds 1 egg, beaten, 2 drops of almond essence sugar Nutella or chocolate cream.
Mix almonds and 1 tbs. sugar and powder them. Make dough with flour, potato flour, 1/2 egg, powder sugar, almond essence and softened butter. Divide it into 60 pieces, roll them in little balls, place them onto baking pans and put in oven at 170°C for about 18 minutes. Let cool, then spread the bottom of half the balls with Nutella and cover a "creamed" ball with an "uncreamed" one. Powder kisses with powder sugar and arrange them onto a tray.
