I have been using odds and ends of bread for years to make bread crumbs. I break the bread into pieces directly into my Oscar JR,food processor, and process until the crumbs are as fine as I wish, add spices if I want seasoned crumbs. Then I spread them out on a cookie sheet to dry. Store in an airtight canister. So easy to do and no wasted bread. I use all types of bread, rolls etc.
