What memories you have evoked!! My Grandma used to make pizza frites (sp?)
for me as a child...she passed away before any of us had the sense to watch
her make them(we were too busy eating them!) I think her secret was the bread
dough she made-and she made bread until the age of 94...cooked in a coal stove.
How I miss her...she also made another bread treat and I think it had mashed
potatoes in the dough-seeples(sp)...any clue as what they are?! I will try
to make these treats for my guys...thanks for the memory jog! Julee
