The amounts for this recipe vary depending on the number of people you are cooking for.

What you'll need:

muffin tin(s)
Pam or other similar spray
Eggs
Bacon (mostly cooked/drained, but still "flexible")
Chili sauce (I use the brand by Heinz)
Melted Butter
Paprika
ToastDirections:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Spray interior of muffin tin(s) with Pam.
-Line each muffin space with a slice of bacon against the sides.(like a ring)
-Drop a generous tablespoon or two of chili sauce in the bottom of the tin
-Crack an egg and drop the contents into the middle of the bacon ring.
-Drizzle a little melted butter on top of the egg.
-Sprinkle with Paprika
-Bake until desired firmness...about 15 minutes or so
(some like them runny - some like them tight)

When done baking, scoop egg out of tin with large spoon and place on toast. Be sure to scoop out the chili sauce too!

We usually make two per person!

buon apettito!
