Gina, I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but I noticed no one else had come up with it either. Maybe you could use apple juice instead of the water, or apples instead of the marmalade, but if you are interested, you might want to try it this way first. Hope it is somewhat close.
Cranberry Conserve in Mulled Wine
1 c. red wine 1/2 c. water 4 T. mulling spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg) 1/2 c. dried cranberries 3/8 c. sugar 1/2 c. orange marmalade
Mix all ingredients. Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off heat. Let stand for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and serve with a roast, turkey or chicken.
