I love this dressing! Hope you will too!
This makes about 2 cups. Not only is it tasty on salads but also with seafood. I like it with poached fish for a light summer meal.
1 cup Mayonnaise 1 minced or pressed garlic glove 3 minced anchovy fillets (small,in a tin or jar) 1/4 c finely minced chives or green onion tops 1/4 cup minced parsley 1 T fresh lemon juice 1 T tarragon vinegar 1/2 t salt Freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients. Make a few hours ahead if possible. Enjoy!
