This can be made in under an hour and still impresses guests.

1½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute
mushrooms until golden, about 5 minutes.

2. Reduce heat to medium; add green onion and garlic. Cook 2
minutes.

3. Add artichoke hearts, tomato, and oregano to pan. Cook until
heated through, about 5 minutes.

4. Combine pasta, chicken and vegetable mixture; heat. Then add

1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pkg spaghetti seasoning mix
1 46 oz can of tomato juice
3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Brown beef, onion, and garlic. Drain off any grease. Add sp.
seasoning, tomato juice, and macaroni. Place lid on pan; simmer 30

top until cheese is melted. Mix all through goulash before serving.
Serves 8 to 10. Great for unexpected company
