Saw this recipe in March issue of Gourmet. This looks good.
Spicy Broccoli Rabe
1 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 pounds broccoli rabe, hollow stems trimmed 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 3 garlic cloves, crushed
Combine all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste in a large saucepan and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are just tender, about 8 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
