This is my Grandma's recipe for Southern Peach Pie. I've made this many times, it is wonderful alone or with vanilla ice cream.
1 cup sugar, milk, and self rising flour 1 stick BUTTER (no substitute) 1 can peach pie filling
Melt butter in casserole dish, oven should be heated to 350. While butter is melting dump sugar, flour, and milk in small mixing bowl and mix well. When butter is melted, dump pie filling in with butter, then pour flour mixture over pie filling. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Wonderful!!! I'm sure this is NOT what you are looking for, but it is worth a try.
