Punch (Yellow)
4 ounces citric acid (found in pickling section) 1 pint water 5 pounds sugar 16 ounces frozen lemon or lime juice 1 46-ounce can pineapple juice 1 12-ounce package frozen concentrated orange juice 8 quarts water 8 2-liter 7-Ups
1. Dissolve citric acid in a pint of water in refrigerator overnight. 2. In a big pot, combine citric acid, sugar, lemon or lime juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. 3. Dilute with water. 4. Freeze in milk jugs (3). 5. Remove from freezer about 4-5 hours before serving. 6. When ready to serve, combine 2 1/2 liters of 7-Up per gallon of concentrate.
Makes 3 gallons of concentrate
Serves: 150 (can't remember if this is 6 or 8 ounce servings)
