Potato Casserole: 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 cup melted margarine 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cups sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup, OR cream of celery, OR mushroom soup 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded cheese
Topping: 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1/4 cup melted margarine
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cornflakes and margarine together. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
