ENJOY!!! ========================================= COFFEE CAKE
For coffee cake: 2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix 2/3 cup milk or water 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 egg
For streusel topping: 1/3 cup Bisquick Original baking mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in one greased 9" round pan. Mix streusel topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 servings. High Altitude: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Use 9" square pan. Add 2 tablespoons flour. Increase milk or water to 3/4 cup. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
