Lasagna Casserole
1 LB. ground beef 1 LB. med. shell pasta (cook & drain) 4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 carton small curd cottage cheese 2 eggs beaten 1/3 c. grated parmessan cheese 2 Tbsp dried parsley 1 - 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
Cook beef, drain, sprinkle with salt & pepper. In large bowl combine pasta, 3 c. mozzarella, cottage cheese, eggs, parmessan, parsley & some pepper. Stir gently. Pour into 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Top with beef and sauce. Cover & bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
