Crispy Cheese Biscuits
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup flour 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Mix with hands. Roll approximately 2 tsp. portions into balls; place on an ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork.
Sprinkle with bacon bits if desired.
Bake at 325 until lightly brown on bottom. Bake longer if you like them extra crispy.
