This is such a great dessert this time of the year.
Lemon Cake
1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 pkg lemon instant pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. salad oil 3/4 c. water Beat & pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
1 6oz. can frozen lemonade thawed 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 Tbs. salad oil Mix and pour over hot cake that has been pricked with a fork. Return to oven 5 minutes with oven off. (I use a meat fork to prick the cake)
This is a great cake for picnics and family gatherings. My mother in law gave me this 25 years ago and it is a family favorite.
