Use 2-3 shots of espresso, 1 - 1 1/2 cups milk, approx. 2 TBS flavoring (depending on how sweet and strong you like it). Combine in a blender filled with ice and whirl away. I make these all the time and you can get them everywhere in Southern California. There's a place called "31 Flavors" (officially Baskin Robbins) and they add ice cream instead of ice.
