Last night I posted a Quick Cooking Taco Pizza recipe but its base was ground beef. When I "turned in" I was still looking at some old issues and came across what I hope is the one you're looking for (from May/June '99 issue). I'll write exactly what they said and they call this one:
Chicken Salsa Pizza
"This zippy chicken pizza is sure to become the most-requested version in the house," assures Mrs. Guy Turnbull of Arlington, MA. "The cooked chicken and a prebaked crust make it quick, easy and oh-so-good."
1 prebaked Italian bread shell crust 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 jar (11 oz) salsa 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
Place bread shell on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of cheese. Top with salsa, chicken and remaining cheese. Bake at 450 deg. for 8-10 min. or until cheese is bubbly. Yield: 4 servings.
Note from me: Now that's easy - believe I'll have to try it myself! Does this sound like the right one?
