3/4 c. milk
2 T. chocolate syrup (or powder, like Quik)
2 c. ice

Coffee Concentrate

1 lb. coffee grinds (the guy has said "coffee grinds" twice on TV, but
everywhere else I read says fresh ground coffee ..?.. is it just my
mother who meant used ground coffee when she said "coffee grinds?" .. I
just left a message on their machine asking what they meant ;-))
9 c. water (cold or hot .. people differ on which method is more
flavorful)

soak overnight
.
strain through filter (takes about 20 minutes, he said)

(This is similar to the $25. "Toddy" which has a felt filter and is
said to eliminate the acid taste and problem of coffee for many)
