We are preparing food for a wedding two days away. Can we go ahead and make the finger sandwiches and put them in sealed rubbermaid containers to store in the freezer, like you do bread, and take them out the morning of the wedding. It seems the bread would be fresh and the tuna and chicken salad would take less chance of ruining being kept that cold. What do you think. It also would save us time to do them now.
