1 medium size green cabbage 6 slices bacon, coarsely chopped 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. vinegar
Shred cabbage coarsely. Cook bacon in heavy saucepan over low heat until crisp. Remove bacon pieces. Add remaining ingredients to the bacon drippings. When mixture is hot add cabbage. Toss until well coated with dressing, remove from heat, top with bacon pieces. Serves 4 to 6.HOT SLAW
