Don't know if this is what you are looking for but I love this one.
Spinach Cottage Cheese Salad
6 oz. box lemon gelatin 1 1/2 cups boiling water 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. black pepper 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese 2/3 cups celery, diced 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Dissolve gelatin in water. Press out the water from spinach and add to gelatin along with remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into mold or 8-inch square dish and refrigerate overnight.
