This is my favorite macaroni salad recipe. Its fast and easy-the dressing makes it so good.
2 Lb. macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled 2 large green pepper chopped 2 onion chopped 8 shredded carrots
Dressing l can Eagle Brand Sweet Condensed Milk 3/4 C. vinegar l/2 C. sugar 2 C. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing 1 tsp salt l/4 tsp. pepper
Add vegetables to cooled macaroni and mix well. Prepare dressing and mix well with the macaroni and veggies. Chill at least 4 hours (I think the flavor is better if you make a day ahead of serving) Makes 20 large servings for a group or I use half the recipe for here at home.
