I want to roast a chicken for dinner tonight. I have heard of putting a whole lemon inside a chicken and wonder whether anyone else has done this. Do you peel it or pierce it first, or just stick it in as it is?
Also, would somebody have a recipe for stuffing made from bulgur wheat. I'd like to try this but need some instructions.
