ISO: Southern Iced Tea

There is nothing better than Southern ice tea. Being from the Northwest, no one sweetens their ice tea here. I have asked many southerns how to make their ice tea. They never have a recipe. They always say, "I do it like my mother did."
I would appreciate your recipes (especially from Southerns).
