John Pa's Hot Dog Sauce
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves chopped fine
Dash cayenne pepper
3 cups water
2 pounds ground beef

Brown and stir ground beef until it is done. Add all other ingredients. Simmer one hour.
