You might want to try this. I'm not sure how concentrated you would make it for iced tea.
PEACH TEA
1/2 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (according to taste) 1/2 c. Tang 1/2 c. instant tea 1 large pkg. lemonade mix 4 pkg. peach Jell-O
Mix together and put into an airtight container. Use (approximately) 3 teaspoons per 1 cup of hot water. ______________________

I'd love to see recipes anyone has to share for this. In the meantime, for a quick and easy peach iced tea try peach flavored herbal tea bags (Celestial Seasonings is one brand). I use 4 tea bags to one quart of water. I just put water, from the tap, in a pitcher, add the tea bags (give them a push or stir to get them wet) and set the pitcher in the refrigerator. It's ready in a couple of hours - longer depending on the strength you like. Betsy

"Country Time Lemonaid" also makes a really delicious Peach flavored Iced Tea. I just tried some for the first time this past week, I believe it is fairly new. It was yummy! ________________________

Crystal Light makes a Peach flavored Ice Tea which is really great tasting. It is sugar free but doesn't really taste like it. Best of all, it is instant so you don't have to spend a lot of time in preperation. I'm sure this isn't as good as your "tea-room" recipe - but it might do in a pinch!
