Here is the real recipe for the quesadillas... 2 whole wheat tortillas mushrooms, brocolli, shredded carrots, diced onions, and red peppers. not-fat, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheezes fat-free sour cream pico de gallo, not salsa
Put one tortilla in a skillet. Then add the cheese. Then add the veggies. It is important not to cook the veggies before hand. They will heat up during the process. Place the other tortilla on top and then grill in the pan over med to med-high heat. Then carefully flip, with a spatula, to cook the other side. Top with sour cream and pico.
