My Mom use to make what she called Salmon Croquets. She passed away almost 2 yrs. ago and I have been craving them. I don't have easy access to her recipes, as Dad lives 150 miles away, and has a hard time finding things. I would love a recipe for some, if anyone has a good one. I know they had egg, bread crumbs and onion, but I'm not sure of the proper amounts of ingredients.
