Baked Cranberry Sauceabout 2 1/2 cups
4 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained (see Note) 2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons water Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all the ingredients in a 1½-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop. Chill until ready to serve.
