Here is my favorite potato soup:
4 peeled potatoes
2 slices bacon cut insmall pieces
1/4 cup minced onion
2 T. parsley
1 t. salt
2 T. butter
1/2 t. nutmet
dash cayette
1/4 t. dry mystard
1 t. worcester sauce
3 cups milk
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
Cook potatoes in water and drain. Saute bacon and onion. Mash potatoes, leaving
some lumps. Add bacon, onion, butter,parsley, salt, nutmet, cayenne, mustard and
worcester. Stir in milk and heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
