Maple Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
4 cups milk 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp almond extract 3 Tbs butter, melted
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the butter in a baking dish. Bake at 250F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in the melted butter and continue cooking without stirring for an additional 2 hours. Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature. Serves 4 to 6.
