ISO: Pumpkin Empanadas

Misc.
I have been looking for a pumpkin empanada recipe. I visited my sis in SA TX
last Thanksgiving and ate the most incredible ones from a bakery.
I even smuggled some back to Canada in my carryon bag!
They just have spiced pumpkin inside of an empanada.
