Wash and de-stem mushrooms. Finely chop all stems and one additional mushroom per doz. Fry in 2 TBS butter and garlic to taste. Add enough seasoned bread crumbs to make mixture solid like a dirt clod. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. You can add other things like crab, but that's the basic recipe. You may want to taste the mixture before stuffing to make sure it tastes the way you want.
