My earlier message didn't get sent, so I'll restate that I'm looking for an Amish recipe called Cashew Crunch. It is similar in appearance to peanut brittle but is softer in texture and has a richer flavor. It has only three ingredients: cashews, butter and sugar. It is sold in gift shops and art and craft shows in southwestern Wisconsin. An excellent candy but addicting!
