I have never made beef barley soup, but my Mom used to make it and I remember it being very good.
I searched here at TKL but most of the recipes include tomatoes. I am looking for something with beef, barley, beef broth and veggies such as onion, celery, carrot.
Can anyone help? It's cold and rainy and dreary, the perfect day to make a pot of hearty soup.
