I think of a Hot Toddy using brandy, whiskey, or another alcoholic bev. heated with sugar and a dah of lemon.

The ingredients you describe make me think of Hot Buttered Rum Batter. I will post the recipe incase it is close.

Hot Buttered Rum Batter

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Lb. Butter
1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a food
processor or mixer and store in
the fridge or freezer.

To make a drink add a shot of good
Dark Rum along with 1 or 2 tbl
spoons of batter to a mug of very
hot water.
