I am looking for a Phillsbury Carrot cake recipe from an old paperback cookbook I lost in a move. The recipe had a blue ribbon award beside it. The cake was made with canned mandarin oranges. I have searched everywhere for this recipe . The book was bought at the grocery store at the cash counter and was one of my favourites. Hoping someone might know the recipe I am looking for.
