CRAB CAKES
1 lb. Blue Claw crab meat
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Make into patties.
Pat with seasoned bread crumbs. Fry in Puritan oil,
combined
with 1 tablespoon oleo until golden brown.
