I once had a recipe from a jello or a cake mix box for a very good summer cake. I can't seem to find it now. I think the icing was instant pudding, dream whip?, and very cold milk. You would poke holes in a baked yellow cake, pour lemon jello, (can't remember how to mix the jello) over cake and chill. Does anyone have this recipe now. Please e-mail if you do. I love cooking and baking and would love to exchange ideas and recipes with other cooks.
