At a cafe the other day I had a cake called a Russian Pushka....To me it resembled a cheesecake with no base. It had dried fruit, almonds, walnuts and choc chips folded through it...I'd love the recipe but I'm having a lot of trouble finding it....Would love to have a reply from anyone who may know what it is and how to make it.
