Here is a recipe I found but it doesn't have very precise measurements. Perhaps you can work with it.

CHILI DIP

1 can Hormel Chili without beans
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
Taco sauce or salsa or picante sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Black olives

Mix Hormel Chili and cream cheese together in bowl. Add sauce to taste. Microwave until hot. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and black olives.
