This morning, a story about mothers of soldiers who have formed an information and support exchange appeared on a morning news cast. Viewers were reminded that food, letters, or personal items may not be delivered to military personnel as they were in previous times without the name of a "specific soldier with his or her rank and company". Letters and packages to "ANY service person" are no longer deliverable due to the special circumstances. Names and exact locations of these troops are strictly guarded and even the Dear Abby Christmas greetings were modified this year.
