I have seen several versions of this, but don't have the exact ingredients you wanted. However, here is a repost from TKL, perhaps you can substitute your ingredients and make it work.
Kelly~WA (05:40:27) : QUICK BUBBLE BREAD
1 loaf frozen bridgeford bread dough. Thawed 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Use the quick thaw method on the back of the bread dough package for thawing. Put the frozen bread dough in loose plastic wrap and defrost for about 3 minutes in the microwave. Meanwhile mix the butter with the garlic powder and parsley in a small bowl. Cut the bread dough with scissors into 2 inch pieces. Roll the bread dough in the melted butter mixture and place in a loaf pan. Place some pieces on top of each other. Let rise for 1 hour covered in a warm place. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30-35 minutes.
