Creamy Picante Crab Dip rec.food.cooking/O'Hara Shun Ping (1994)
I like to make a dip from imitation crab meat. It is very simple: Finely chop up some imitation crab meat, mix it with some softened cream cheese, add some picante sauce, and you get a hot and spicy dip for chips. If you use fat-free cream cheese, you also get a very healthy low-fat dip.
