For oven-fried chicken, I use a 375 degree oven. I put about 2-3 tablespoons of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil in a baking pan.
Just toss some flour with seasoned salt in a bowl with a tight cover. Shake your pieces of chicken in the flour mixture and place in the olive oil. Bake for about 30 minutes and then turn.
